Interactive Reports

      The following reports must be run from a CSUCI computer. If you have access to this site, the user name is your network user name preceded by csuciad\ (example: csuciad\joe.smythe). The password is the same as your network password. Please use Internet Explorer to open.

Data Pack Reports: Students; Enrollment; Degree; Faculty; Budget; and Program Measures.

1. The reports are based on data prepared for program review from multiple sources. Permission is required to access this site.
2. You need to specify Year(s) and Program from the pull-down menu before the reports can be loaded.
3. To print a formatted copy of these reports, first export the reports in the format of PDF, Word, or Excel.
4. A glossary that explains the definitions, the algorithm of program measures, data sources, and time frame is also provided. Please read before you contact IR office.
5. To view Adobe Acrobat PDF documents, please download and install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. )

Student Demographic Reports: Student headcount numbers and FTEs by gender, ethnicity, major, and academic levels.  

1. The reports contain the most recent and historical student demographic reports. Users who are interested in the most recent reports only, please go to the page "Student Demographic".
2. You need to specify Year and Term from the pull-down menu before the report can be loaded.
3. To print a formatted copy of these reports, first export the reports in the format of PDF, Word, or Excel.
